Oh I love this! Since last April, I have lost 25 pounds. Just did it the old fashioned way...changing my eating habits and portion control. Now it has become my lifestyle. I rarely eat bread and pasta is in moderation.
I feel better and look better and have dropped 2 sizes. Even with the Christmas cookie frenzy, I was able to keep myself away and only gained 2 pounds over the holidays. I have already taken that off. This would be a great tool to use rather than writing things down all the time. I am a huge believer in a food diary and I believe that this was the key to my success!

This would help me by letting me know exactly how many calories are in that bowl of ice cream I just have to have. Hopefully telling myself I don't think I need that right now.

Gosh I love this gadget! What a great idea! It is so hard to keep track or write things down consistently. I do not keep track of calories but this would allow me to do so! Thanks for the very useful giveaway! ~ :)

Wonderful idea.

I don't do resolutions - BUT I've lost just under 40 lbs following the NS philosophy and meal plans and now I'm adding more and more of my own meals. something like this could really help as I go from a "portion control" and "no counting required" plan to on my own for all the counting and preparing.

I'm determined to lose a few more pounds on my own (ok maybe another 25 - 30 if I'm really good) and this would be perfect.

OK, this rocks! It would allow me to track my calories while on the go. No more writing down & trying to remember to log things once I get home!

This would help me because I am trying to control my portion sizes and what I eat. I hate having to write things down because I tend to forget and this would be an immediate data entry. Thanks for the giveaway.

What a fantastic product and giveaway. This would certainly keep me on track and make managing my goal more easier then my current method of eating and then coming home trying to figure out how bad I blew it!

This will help me tremendosly. Not only am I now trying to follow a weight loss program and menu plan but I am also responsible (partially) for my dear husband. This will give me the extra time I need to plan meals, etc. AI kind of feel like I am working doubly hard for both of us to eat right, checking food labels, counting calories and fat, etc. We are supposed to keep a food diary and so far I am doing okay, but my husband doesn't have a clue, and this would really really help him. Pick me, please!!

My New Years resolution is to get my BMI from 30 down to a healthy BMI of 24 (a little more than 20 pounds). The CalorieSmart Mini would help me to organize and track my weight loss which I currently find challenging because I am always on the go. I grab whatever is convenient and often times it is take-out or going to restaurants. Since I can't look up nutrition information while I'm away from home, an calorie counter as sophisticated as this would enable me to become more educated about what I eat and to make better food choices.

This would help me understand how much exercise is needed to burn the calories consumed. Thanks for having the wonderful giveaway.
