I'd die without my hand mixer; it's as old as my oldest son and like a dear old friend to me.

I just could not live without my Pampered Chef potato peeler. It just works better than any I have ever owned. Thank you!
I love my small chopper. I use it for everything!

Ok this may be strange (especially since I have a family to cook for) but I LOVE my convection toaster oven - especially in the spring/summer.
Great for mini meals without heating up the whole kitchen 15 times a day.
But then my microplaner gets LOTS of use too.

I can't live without my can opener. I have a large family with younger children and many of their meal-time favorites, once began in a can..
One kitchen gadget that you just can't live without is my grater and peeler.

Two things: my Sears brand hand mixer, which I've owned since my college days, dare I say since 1982. Also, I can't live without my cutting boards. I use one for meat and one for veggies to minimize cleaning and food contamination.
