This cheesecake is do easy to make. My husband loves it because it's light and fluffy. I love it because it's fast and easy to make. Try topping it with cherry or blueberry pie filling. Yummy!
Easy No Bake Cheesecake
1 prepared graham cracker crust
1 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
1 C. sugar
1 small container cool whip, thawed
Beat the filling ingredients together until well mixed. Pour into pie crust and freeze for 2 hours before serving. Top with crushed nuts or pie filling. Enjoy!

Yum!! My mom has a similar recipe, but I think it uses sour cream instead of whip cream. I think I'd like the whip cream better... Much sweeter!! =)
